Step 1 – What you prepare

This usually takes teams 2–3 minutes. No content rewrite needed.

  • Grab your help-center or FAQ URL.
  • Pick 1–2 key PDFs: shipping, refunds, onboarding, SLAs.
  • Optional: any internal docs you want HolosCX to know.

  • Free: 1 site, basic FAQ upload.
  • Starter: PDFs + Notion + Zendesk exports.

  • Install our Shopify / WordPress / Webflow snippet, or
  • Choose where the bot appears (support page, checkout, in-app).
